Mountain water decaffeination process is regarded as being more environmentally friendly and produces a cleaner cup than most traditional solvent based decaffeination processes.
Uses water from Pica de Orizaba, Mexico's tallest mountain. Using the purified water helps retain the most amount of aromatic and flavor compounds.
With this process, we are confident that you will be able to enjoy this coffee without sacrificing quality or flavor.
For best results, we recommend brewing within the first month after roasting, as all decaf coffees will lose freshness more quickly than caffeinated coffee.
