This Mundo Maya lot is naturally processed, beginning with meticulous hand selection and flotation before undergoing a 300-hour fermentation that deepens its sweetness and aromatic complexity.
The cherries are then slowly dried on raised African beds for 20–30 days, creating a full-bodied cup with vibrant balance. Every harvest reflects the family’s enduring commitment to quality, innovation, and the expressive character of their land.
