Rancho Zacatlami has been cultivated by the Castelán family for more than four generations in the highlands of Totula, Veracruz. Named from Nahuatl for “place where grass grows,” from farm reflects the region’s enduring fertility and biodiversity. Today, Miguel Castelán continues this family project, producing coffees that express the land, traditions, and long commitment to quality. This coffee has striking qualities that reflect Miguel’s post harvest processing. Expect a nice balance between nuanced funk and smooth, easy drinking chocolate.
